Description
At a UPH of 16,000, XCZ 100 could easily be one of the fastest Lead and Mark. Inspection Machine with Tape and Reel or Tube output. The UPH is maintained for both Tape and Reel and Tube Output providing the clear competitive edge over a typical Gravity Feed System(GFS). In a typical GFS, the Tape and Reel UPH is obviously lower than the Tube output. Given the option of integrating the second or third Tape and Reel modules, non-stop operation is guarantee.
XCZ 100 is very versatile and could handle most of the packages in the electronics industry such as SOP, TSSOP, MSOP, SOT, QFN, D2PAK, LEDs, Surface Mount Discrete Products, and Leaded Rectifier. Customized packages are also possible.
The XCZ-Series is a very unique piece of equipment that Xceltron offers to customers. It could be just a very high UPH 40000* Tape and Reel machine. It could also integrate operations such as trimming, lead, forming, electrical testing, laser marking, vision inspection and sorting. Yet again, a high UPH of 40000* could be achievable depending on the time consumed for each operation.
