The TVR6100 is a multipurpose, versatile Binning Tester. It can be used to classify
parameters, including TRR (reverse recovery time), VF (forward voltage, IF is up to
100A), VBR (reserve breakdown voltage) and IR (reverse leakage current).
Moreover, it can test IR SURGE, ∆VR(delta reverse voltage) and IR parameters at
the same time. Each parameter, for testing or not testing, can be selected by each
operator. In addition, the TVR6100 can be connected in sequence with an RGl TRR
Emulator for testing TRR. With this connection, the results will be presented in a
single output. Hence, time will be saved in collecting data and the data will be
presented more efficiently. It can also be interfaced with various available test
handlers or other machines for example reel inspection machines, binning machines,
marking machines and packaging machines to conduct testing. In addition, the
TVR6100 can be connected with a PC employing our Production Management
Software for the collection of test results, analysis and material data evaluation.
